Treatment techniques include; Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Hydrotherapy, Shiatsu, Stone Therapy, SOMA, Cupping, Intraoral, Deep Tissue, and Various Neuromuscular Re-Education Techniques. Able to be extended to a 1.5 or 2 hour Massage, with additional cash payment.   • Basic Swedish | Relaxation| Wellness | Preventative Massage

    A collection of techniques designed primarily to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.   • 60 Minute Hot Stone Massage

    Smooth basalt stones are used in this unique treatment. The Practitioner glides heated stones over large muscle groups with long sweeping strokes. Hot Stone Massage can be a dual purpose massage. Due to the heat of the stones, it is always a highly relaxing, stress reducing massage. The hardness of the stones also allow the therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure.
  • 60 Minute Aromatherapy Massage

    A simple way to upgrade our basic Wellness Massage. Choose one of our specialty Essential Oil Blends to customize your Massage for targeted results. Stress Relief, Headache, Calming, Breathe Well, and Single Note Oils like Peppermint and Lavender are just a sampling of our choices.
  • 60 Minute Prenatal Massage

    Designed to accommodate an expectant mother and facilitate alleviation of general aches and pains, improving circulation, and helping overall well being. To achieve maximum comfort we use special pregnancy cushions, allowing you to lie comfortably throughout the massage. (We don't charge extra for Prenatal Sessions.)
  • 60 Minute Sports Massage

    This massage can be performed fully clothed or unclothed. Used to increase performance and improve flexibility and circulation or as a post event detoxification to decrease muscle soreness. This type of massage will stretch and lengthen the muscles you use most. Stretching is very important before and after working out. Great for athletes!
  • Couples Massage

    A serene Massage for two in our special Couples Room. your practitioners will simultaneously massage for 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Combine with other Add-Ons listed on our Spa Packages page for a customized experience for your special occasion. Great for Valentine's Day, Mother/Daughter dates, Anniversaries, and Birthdays.
  • 60 Minute Massage Cupping

    By creating "Negative Pressure", Massage cupping is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, and separate layers of connective tissue. This is accomplished by glass cups of various styles and sizes, mixed with a 60 minute Therapeutic Massage.
  • Reflexology Session

    Are your feet in need of some TLC? Try this treatment for those tired toes. Consists of a 60 minute treatment session just on feet, hands, and ears. Designed to manipulate specific reflexes to removes stress. Activating a parasympathetic (nervous system) response in the body to enable the blockages to be released by a physiological change in the body. With stress removed and circulation enhanced, the body is allowed to return to a state of homeostasis.
  • Thai Yoga Massage

    A traditional Thai Yoga variation of Massage. This technique is performed fully clothed and on a cozy, oversized Thai Massage Mat. Very soothing, therapeutic, and rich with tradition. For more information click on the red link. Thai Yoga Massage is best received in 90 or 120 minute sessions, but you can always try your first session at 60 minutes.
  • Intraoral Massage

    Chronic neck pain, headaches, jaw pain can all be improved with this concentrated session on your head, neck, pecs, and muscles of the jaw. One of our Endorsed Practitioners will do a specific treatment to combat not only the external causes of your pain, but also work on the smaller muscles inside your mouth to alleviate reoccurring problems with a gloved finger.
  • Chakra Balancing Session

    Healing crystals will be placed on various points of the body to harmonize and balance your 7 main chakras. Energetic balancing is then performed while stones are in place to release tension, stress, or toxicity with Reiki. Great for someone who is well versed in Alternative Modalities and wants to try something out of the box.
